ALEXANDRIA, VA – Ricci Communications helped ICx Digital Infrared Imaging, a leader in the development, custom design and manufacture of thermal imaging systems, gain recognition at ISC West held in Las Vegas. The PR support included crafting press releases, contacting members of the press, creating an html email campaign and providing onsite support at the exhibition.
Tasked with supporting the company’s efforts at ISC West only three weeks before the show, Ricci Communications launched a PR offensive. Ricci Communications drafted three press releases which would successively create more buzz about ICx Digital Infrared Imaging.
In addition to the releases, Ricci Communications sent out three html email campaigns to promote ICx Digital Infrared Imaging’s booth at ISC West. The messaging of each release was intended to drive booth traffic.
Ricci Communications staff was also present at the exhibition to promote additional recognition and booth traffic, including encouraging coverage and visits by the onsite media and distributing materials in the media center. In addition, Ricci Communications staff visited with potential partners and conducted onsite research during the event.
“Because Ricci Communications has existed in the security realm for so long, we are able to create synergies and reach out to the members of the press who are going to bring additional attention to our clients,” noted Joseph Ricci, founder and owner of Ricci Communications. “In spite of the limited time we had, I think we were able to provide a great boost for ICx Digital Infrared Imaging at ISC West.”
Within 24 hours of the final press release being sent out, ICx Digital Infrared Imaging had two sales inquiries, a request for a new product listing and a photo from a major industry magazine and a request for a feature article from a second major industry magazine.
Based on the success at ISC West campaign, Ricci Communications is now working out the details to provide five months of PR support for ICx Digital Infrared Imaging leading up to and during the ASIS International 52nd Seminar and Exhibits in September.
