Alexandria, Va. – The Ricci Communications’ design team received recognition for multiple projects from the American Graphic Design Awards presented by Graphic Design USA, a news magazine for graphic designers and other creative professionals. The winning pieces included:
- Passenger Vessel Association (PVA) Web site (www.passengervessel.com)
- National Association of Security Companies (NASCO) magazine – Security Executive (www.securityexecutive.org)
- City Lights Public Charter School Lighting the Way fundraising brochure
Entries were reviewed by a nationwide panel of judges and selected from 10,000+ submissions, these pieces and their creators represent the best and brightest in graphic design.
In its 45th year, the American Graphic Design Awards are among the most prestigious and selective awards and are open to everyone in the creative field, including advertising agencies, design firms, and corporate and institutional in-house departments. Submissions range from print, packaging and point-of-purchase pieces to interactive and motion graphics.
“We’re thrilled to be recognized with such a respected award,” said Joseph Ricci, President, Ricci Communications, “and especially proud of the efforts of our design team led by Art Director Jacki Silvan.”
Ricci Communications will be hosting an open house on October 24, 2007 to celebrate the design team’s accomplishment.
